Your Wellbeing is Important to Us

Due to the Covid outbreak, it became necessary to cancel most of BMC's 2020 schedule. We did effectively move some of those scheduled seminars online. Our response to social-distancing demands included the development of 3-hour online IMI Seminars, some Foundations seminars online, and more. With restrictions still in place for gatherings, we continue to bring innovative programs for interpreters, like the Effective Mentoring series. Even though we'd love to gather together for these opportunities, the safety and wellbeing of all of us necessitates this ongoing need for online seminars. Consider joining us online. Stay safe. Get vaccinated!

BMC Policy

In the interest of everyone's health and safety, we will abide by state and federal guidelines on social distancing.

In light of continuing concerns around the unyielding spread of COVID-19 and its emerging variants, the need for social distancing, and the health risk to participants and presenters, no in-person seminars will occur while we endure the relentless reign of this virus.

We hope to be able to gather together again sometime in late 2021. Or early 2022. One day at a time.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of friends, family, colleagues, and their loved ones.

Take care of yourself and those you love. Wear a mask- it is not a political statement. Wash your hands. Get vaccinated.
