This online seminar series explores several models of leadership and how they are different from the frame of transformational approaches to leadership.
Participants should expect to examine the reasons for adopting a transformational lens that creates empowered and collaborative communities.
We will explore the frame, identify the skills needed, describe successful outcomes, and provide practice in creating transformational experiences.
