Before You Submit a Ticket...


The BMC Administration team will respond to your requests submitted through the Help Desk.

Since there are questions that are asked frequently, we've prepared these FAQ responses. Search to see if there is an answer to your question here. If not, submit a ticket.

While we endeavor to respond to Help Desk tickets within 48 hours, the Help Desk is not managed 24/7. Thank you for your patience.


Foundations for Deaf Interpreters

BMC has offered Deaf Foundations (now Foundations for Deaf Interpreters) for many years. And for some time, we've had Deaf Interpreters who are more familiar with the Foundations series co-facilitating the seminars. The hope has been to have Deaf Interpreters as facilitators, making Foundations for Deaf Interpreters exclusively a Deaf space. (Foundations of Interpreting has been taught by Betty for decades. Since she is not Deaf, Foundations for Deaf Interpreters has not been exclusively a Deaf space.)

If you are a Deaf Interpreter wanting to bring the Foundations experience to your Deaf colleagues, we would be happy to strategize with you about this.
