Before You Submit a Ticket...

 

The BMC Administration team will respond to your requests submitted through the Help Desk.

Since there are questions that are asked frequently, we've prepared these FAQ responses. Search to see if there is an answer to your question here. If not, submit a ticket.

While we endeavor to respond to Help Desk tickets within 48 hours, the Help Desk is not managed 24/7. Thank you for your patience.

 

$50 Voucher for attending Foundations Framework A & B in Wilmington, DE

If you register for both this Foundations Framework A and Foundations Framework B in Wilmington, Delaware (both are in-person events), you will qualify to receive a voucher worth $50 toward a future BMC training.

Vouchers will be issued after you've taken both seminars. To request your voucher, you'll need to submit a Help Desk ticket here within 2 weeks of the end of Foundations Framework B (or any sooner). Go to Submit a Help Desk Ticket and choose the category "$50 voucher for attending Foundations Framework A & B in Wilmington, DE" and send us your name and confirmation that you have attended both of these seminars.

Attendance at all sessions is required.
