Before You Submit a Ticket...


The BMC Administration team will respond to your requests submitted through the Help Desk.

Since there are questions that are asked frequently, we've prepared these FAQ responses. Search to see if there is an answer to your question here. If not, submit a ticket.

While we endeavor to respond to Help Desk tickets within 48 hours, the Help Desk is not managed 24/7. Thank you for your patience.


Contact the Seminar Coordinator

If you need to contact the seminar coordinator about your attendance or experience at a seminar, please submit your Help Desk ticket here.

BMC values your participation, perspectives, and open communication.

If you've missed or will be missing a portion of a multiple session seminar, let us know what's going on. There are no recordings of sessions for you to watch if you were unable to attend. There are sometimes concurrent seminars that might allow you to attend a session you would have otherwise missed. We reserve the right to exclude you from attending remaining sessions, which you've agreed to when you registered.
